3 Ways to Show Customer Appreciation

Saying “thank you” to your customers does go a long way, but as John F. Kennedy said, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” Express gratitude through your actions and keep those amazing customers coming back with these three ways:

Loyalty program—Customers who frequent your business regularly should be entitled to a discount every now and again. Set up a loyalty program to reward your most-valued customers.

Thank you note—Thank your customers individually with unique thank you notes. For that extra touch, handwrite them and sign your name. Thank your customers for their much-appreciated business. This may work best with online orders.

Social media discounts—Be quirky and memorable by treating your social media savvy customers to an in-person discount or online sales code. Your online followers will feel special, and you’ll gain a more loyal following, too.
